TGN staff writer Bawdyjane recently had the opportunity to review Terminator Salvation, and she was not impressed.
Set two years prior to the events of the latest Terminator movie, Salvation lets you live a day in the life of John Connor and perform some of the exploits that helped make him a hero among the Resistance. Conner must fight through a future Los Angeles overrun by the sentient computer program Skynet and the machines, going against the orders of his superiors by setting off with Blair Williams on “a suicide mission” to rescue David and fellow survivors.
Set in the mythos of the Terminator series, Salvation has the makings of a great third-person shooter, but ultimately falls flat on its face and feels very much like an unfinished game. Also, where is Christian Bale as John Connor?
