Our latest review here on Total Gaming Network has staff writer Zips shooting some hoops in EA Sports' college basketball game NCAA Basketball 09. He also gives a quick rundown of the March Madness version of the game. Here's the intro to the article:
Spring is in the air and March Madness has just come to a close. If there is any better time for TGN to bust out a review of NCAA Basketball 09, we do not want to hear it. Sporting a new title, a change from its March Madness roots, EA tries to breathe new life into a sports franchise that was starting to go south. Overhauled visuals that are taken from NBA Live are coupled with new gameplay elements. Unfortunately, NCAA Basketball 09 manages to get at least one thing wrong for every two things it does right, but at least it is a step in the right direction.
