Total Gaming League Looking For Admins
Are you a highly motivated gamer with a love for eSports? Are you looking to gain valuable real word experience in customer service which will help you in the future? Do you want to make a difference in the gaming community which you love? If so, TGL is now accepting applications for CoD4, ETQW, CS:S, TF2 Game Admins and Anti Cheat Admins.

Successful applicants will meet the following minimum requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Can contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week or as directed
- Task-oriented
- Honest, Mature, Loyal and Dedicated
- Excellent communication skills (Oral / Written)
- Self-motivated with good judgment
- League Experience and Customer Service (preferred)
- No previous ban's for cheating in any other league<!--more-->
The hiring process is as follows:
Phase 1: Application – Complete and submit the admin application. Only complete and thorough applications will be reviewed. All other applications will be discarded. We are seeking serious applicants only. If your application meets our initial criteria you will receive an e-mail with information regarding the next phase. If you do not hear back from us, your application was not accepted.
***Please note you must be registered and logged in to the TGL website before you can fill out the admin application***
Phase 2: Written/Oral Interview – If your application is accepted you will be contacted for an oral or written interview with the Director of Human Resources. This is to determine whether TGL is a fit for you.
Phase 3: Conditional Offer – After successfully passing through Phase 2, a conditional offer will be made reaffirming your commitment to the TGL.
Phase 4: Orientation – During your orientation to the league you will be given access and duties associated with your particular game. We will also go over expectations, guideline and you will be required to sign and return a non-disclosure agreement.
Remember, working as an admin for TGL is strictly voluntary and currently no monetary compensation can be awarded.
