    TGN Reviews Skate 2


    Our latest review here on Total Gaming Network has our staff writer Kieran Manzi looking at EA Games' follow up in their hit skateboarding series titled Skate 2. Here's the intro to the article:
    Ollies, nollies, pop shuvits, and grindage. If you don’t know these terms then you’re not a skater; I'm certainly not. But, not being a skater didn't stop me from reviewing EA’s sequel to the popular Skate series with Skate 2, available on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

    Skate 2 may just be a game about people skating on a thin piece of wood with wheels, but even that little piece of wood is done in great detail, as is the rest of the world in Skate 2. Read more...

      Agreed. My roommate finished the career mode in a week, but I keep him on his toes by constantly beating his scores on spots. It's a fun competition.

          Manzi started the whole thing... I did some Own-The-Spots online, but then Manzi came along and started bragging bit too much how he beat my score. It didn't take long for me to beat his score... It's been almost two weeks and my score still stands...

            I went and bought Street Fighter IV a few days later and that took up all my time and all afternoon today I've been playing Killzone 2.

            Don't worry I haven't given up on beating your score.

                  over here in aus (and nz... not getting into that) they had a skating comp called bowlarama last saturday that i went to. my friends said earlier before i had arrived they were giving out free copies of skate 2, not that it mattered to me. my big bro and i each forked out $40 each for it. I like skate 2 and its a reminder for me to stop playing s.t.a.l.k.e.r and start skating again
