Fallout 3’s first downloadable expansion offers a more combat-centric experience, just shy of 5 hours of additional gameplay; sadly, Operation Anchorage is too little, too late. This expansion exemplifies the largest thorn in the side of “Downloadable Content.”
For late adopters of the original game, this content will come early enough in their Fallout 3 experience that the added perk, gear and armor will add nicely to their gameplay. Most players though, have completed enough of the game that these additions will be negligible. And honestly, the added equipment is really hit and miss.
