This mod looks like a lot of fun. Can't wait for a public release. Should mod some regular cars into it however so we don't have to ride around in the DPV. :P

I too would like to see some cars besides a DPV with rocket engines for boost (they are fun though lol). Let's see some real modding Sir leetness.

Yesss!! I've waited for this kind of thing a long time!

One question though, Elxx allready mentioned it: where can I play this mod once it's out? And where can I play version 1.1 in the meantime? I just installed it, but there don't seem to be any servers for it.

And on the battleracers website there seems to be some regular competition, is it open for new participants? Lemme in!! :)

Good point, and maybe the guys of the BF2rismo mod could help with that. They were making a Turismo mod, but that seems to be dead now..:cry: But maybe they'd give u guys their car models to add to the mod, would be really cool.

We'll post about it right here in TotalBF2 when it is released. It's true that you can still get the older version, but also true that there aren't any servers for it. However, it is still played quite a bit at LAN places, according to frac.

That's actually from the beta testers doing some races. Everybody's stats will be calculated on that site when the mod is released.

Havn't talked to the Turismo guys yet. Right now we're actually going for something that still feels essentially like BF2. I'd very much like to add more of the vanilla BF2 vehicles into the mod though, probably with different handling.

Good fun, they seem to have tuned the car handling and traction perfectly since when I last tested it. Can't wait till to play it again.
