Marksman, did you say "REALISIM IN BF2"??? I'de have to disagree and say there was absolutly NO realism in BF2. Example, Abrams tanks will do 60 mph, Cobra's can spin on a dime, Apache's fire HELLFIRE lock on and forget missiles, I could keep going on and on with whats UNREALISTIC and would probably cover the entire game. I am sorry you didnt enjoy the mod and hope you'll give future updates a try. Thanx for your input.

Hey i downloaded the standalone and map pack 1 but it wont play the maps that i should be able to access do i neeed to down load all the maps before im allowed to play or do i have to download something else becos everytime i go to play one of the maps ive downloaded the computer goes to the windows screen...????

i'd try downloading all the maps - also because there are fantastic maps in packs 2 + 3!

it could be because your vid settings are on low?!?

you need AT LEAST terrain and textures on medium.

I played your map today m8 for the first time and i was very impressed with it..A very intense experience.cheers for letting us use your creation

Thanks, I was fortunate enough to see it running on a server last night, I jumped in and the second round ended just as I got there, but an admin was kind enough to let it run 2 more times so I could play it. It was the first time I had been able to pub my map. :)

If I download this can I still get on servers that just have the regular BF2 maps?

Yes you can, it is a standalone mod, you run it from a different shortcut. It installs in to a seperate directory.

this mod sucks. constantly crashing to desktop. maps are amateurish. lets hope fh2/eod2 mods come out quickly... or dice releases more goodies.

it had been answered.

no, we are not a sp mod YET.

we are working on it, but it's not easy.

This mod is great. I had a lot of fun playing it.
It is a bit heavy on vehicles, but at least everyone can get some
