I would never trade FH or FH2 for another game. I may play another game as well as FH or FH2 but never give it up. WWII is a genre I very much anjoy and there are alot of ppl out there who feel the same, and when it comes to WWII gaming FH and/or FH2 is primetime and at the top of the list. The community is also a great bunch of people and alongside the devs strike a good balance between authenticity and having good fun.

Take your time FH2 team, doesn't matter if you release summer time NEXT year, the loyal fanbase will remain and the tards will be off in Tardfield 2142.

The time is the great unknown factor. The best parts are the community you become a part of, the game itself, and underground nature of it. At least thats my favorite part. Working with people who do it for the love of it, not just money.

FH2 is gonna be badass, maybe the best WWII shooter ever. Its gonna be free, and it looks amazing so far. I can wait, ill get in those pants eventually.

Guys you got me wrong.

The only reason Bf1942 is still in my HD is ForgottenHope. But time passes and that is a fact. Of course no one wants a crapped version to be released, but still no one can expect a complete and flawless version to come out as the 1rst release. Thats why i am telling that mod teams should release smth decent to the public as beta. Patches and updates are sure to come later. They cant avoid that.

So i saw it happended with BF42. Most teams quit cause BF2 would come out. I dont want to see it happen again with some great mods staying unfinished. (Ok i have to admit here that i dont expect FH to be one of those cause of their experience)

I understand your point here Jake but you ll have to wonder how many ppl said they would stay "loyal" to bf42 instead of going with Bf2, but they didnt cause BF2 was "something new" (good or bad). Including members of working mods for BF42.

Its easy for me to say "I dont know anything about 2142", "i dont care for it", "BF2 RULES" and stuff. Buy i am writing this NOW. I cant possibly know my thoughts or impressions of the game when it actually gets released. 2142 it is just an example. Maybe its another game.

Anyway, that my opinion and most of you can call me already URGENT,HURRY but i cant avoid it.

Your talking many years after bf1942s release, at a time when most of the popular mods for 1942 were well into many releases. Your jumping the gun just a tad with BF2 and its mods, dont ya think?

There are way too many people with ADHD floating around on the internet these days. What do people expect? Mods are free, these people developing the mods have to work elswhere for their money, some have families, some have other commitments, we may never know and it's not our business to pry either. Just accept what is given to you and be thankful. Don't let your impatience to play what will most likely be a killer mod ruin your normally cheerful attitude and let yourself rain on other people's days by saying 'the mod's going to freaking slow, jeeze, keep it up and no one will be around to play it, just release something already, and no I don't mean you sniper )
