I rather have a mod that posts their news and updates (also hype people up and get more fans).
Than a mod that will appear dead.

Why dont all you in this thread talking about release, get together and try to do a conversion mod and release it quick, so we can all laugh at how crappy it is and see no servers running it.

You r on my mind. Really cant understand all that delay buy many mod teams. Bf2 itself will be outdated itself in a reasonable time period. Just realease. It doesnt need to be the final release of the mod. It can be patched afterwards.

I'm sorry, but I have to say it's tough to compare a sci-fi game to a WWII mod. They cater to slightly different audiences. FH takes their time because they want to release something they can be proud of and something they know will give players hours of enjoyment. It's not their style to do quick and dirty releases and patch it up. I say let them take their time. They did amazing things for the BF42 engine and I can't wait to see what they do for the BF2 engine.

As soon as FH2 finish their player models.

Their policy is to not show WIP/unfinished stuff - meaning that they probably have many other things already modelled, they are just not ready to be showed off.

One of their Devs mentioned once that they don't want to show their weapons being held by 21st century soldiers. So we have to wait till they finish their player models.

p.s.: Some people need to THINK BEFORE THEY SPEAK.
