Just like BF2 with the same engine we will have all the same bugs we are having now such as the red tag bug. And even more bugs because we all know that when when they rush, they always mess up big time.

Wow, those screenies aren't very becoming. The textures are way too flat. The quality is way below BF2 par. Weird!

wow, gotta love the whinners, bunch of them around here, this game looks awesome, i hate how ppl bash bf2, when it is one of the best games out there, yes EA still hasn't fixed the red bug, that'd be my only concern, EA is going crazy trying to please whinners, gees.

Looks good. But the thing is, people like me enjoys realistic games like BF2 where you can actually play with hardwares available today. It's just like joining the army and engaging in battle in the real world. But I give Battlefield 2142 a chance, it might have a better gameplay. So the question now, are we willing to sacrifice our hard earned stats from BF2 over this one?

Ahh honestly, I've been playing BF1942 since 2003 and ... this is very heartbreaking :cry:.

I loved how they based the wars on non-fictional war settings (WW2, Vietnam and modern terroriesm).

Guess there was no other way to go ....

its not necessarily a mod what they are going to do i believe is sell is as a different product although it has the same engine, like bf42 and bfv
