  • Operation Peacekeeper Mod Update

There is a new update posted today over at the <a href="http://www.opk-mod.de/" target="_blank">Operation Peacekeeper</a> mod website. As always, they have some great media to showcase. Here's what they had to say:<blockquote>Someone who lives nearby an airfield of the Air Force is probably exposed to it everyday: The drone of the aircraft engines of airplanes, ready for take-off or landing. This drone will accompany you right from the beginning on in OPK. The MiG21 cause of this drone among others now found its way “In-game” and will be ready for take-off on the Serbian side. Earplug’s recommended!</blockquote><center><a href="http://www.totalbf2.com/images.php?img=news/images/mig21ing4.jpg"><img src="/news/images/thumb_mig21ing4.jpg"></a> <a href="http://www.totalbf2.com/images.php?img=news/images/mig21ing3.jpg"><img src="/news/images/thumb_mig21ing3.jpg"></a><br><a href="http://www.totalbf2.com/images.php?img=news/images/mig21ing5.jpg"><img src="/news/images/thumb_mig21ing5.jpg"></a> <a href="http://www.totalbf2.com/images.php?img=news/images/mig21ing7.jpg"><img src="/news/images/thumb_mig21ing7.jpg"></a></center><blockquote>Likewise a rumble of the thunder can be compared with the noise, a driving tank causes. Being hit by a thunderbolt feels like standing close to such a colossus of steel firing. A representative of the kind “combat tank” is the M84, which is a license reproduction of the T72M. With a total weight of 48 tons paired with a 125mm canon expecting a dramatic result the M84 will remain long lasting impressions at its opponents. The model was made by our new member Websky, who we are proud to officially welcome in our team. Texture was made by Kampfwiesel, coding by Starforce and Nightmare.</blockquote><center><a href="http://www.totalbf2.com/images.php?img=news/images/m84render1.jpg"><img src="/news/images/thumb_m84render1.jpg"></a> <a href="http://www.totalbf2.com/images.php?img=news/images/m84render2.jpg"><img src="/news/images/thumb_m84render2.jpg"></a><br><a href="http://www.totalbf2.com/images.php?img=news/images/m84render3.jpg"><img src="/news/images/thumb_m84render3.jpg"></a> <a href="http://www.totalbf2.com/images.php?img=news/images/m84render4.jpg"><img src="/news/images/thumb_m84render4.jpg"></a></center><br>They would also like to note that they are in need of some help with their mod in many fields including voice acting. This mod has really started to kick ass the latest couple of updates!!!

Now thats how a gun tube on a M84(T-72) should look like

hmm...I think i could remember looking at USI:s T-72 , which had a very overminimized gun...but maybe im wrong.

                          Re: Operation Peacekeeper Mod Update

the M84 MBT is an updated version of the T72, build in license by Yugoimport . In service on the balkan, but in kuwait f.e. too.
