There is a new update posted today over at the <a href="http://www.users.on.net/~arkanis/bf2/" target="_blank">Australian Forces</a> mod website. They are showing off their progress with some in game media. It's great to see an Australian mod, and even better to see the quality of the content!

Is the Mod likely to include any new maps with an Australian theme? Or is it just to replace the US characters/behicles/weapons ?

Not sure if the m1a2 wil be kept, australia just bought some US m1a1's, so realistically... but not sure.

Maps are planned but skilled mappers are hard to find.

Vehicles look amazing, I really like the Tiger HUD - It looks like it was made by the Devs.

The weapon skins need some work though, they are a little plain.
