It seems like they're trying to do a full and complete port from their old game which has years worth of content additions. I just hope that we aren't waiting for it this time next year...but I have a feeling we might be. :/

Is this for BF2 cause i have downloaded this mod and followed all directions and it said that its not for BF2 but for BF1942

Sorry for the confusion. Forgotten Hope is a BF1942 mod and a BF2 mod. The BF2 mod isn't ready for public release yet, so the only version available for download is the BF1942 version. If you have BF1942 (or feel like picking a copy up, they are available pretty cheap these days) maybe you would enjoy giving it a try--there are still busy servers in The US and Europe.

The day a mod team can make their own engine and own game without the help of DICE is the day you can say they're better than DICE. Some of y'all really lose sight of reality.

p.s. yes FH2 looks like one hell of a MOD. MOD that is.
