Eh?, No it doesn't, looks like they've tried to make an M1A1, and have, and have mistakenly made a drum mag thinking it can accept drum mags.

Uh, I think you misunderstood. It seems as if they were looking for the Thompson that accepted drum mags to be in the game. So it looks like they were TRYING to make a M1928A1, but whatever reference photo they used was a M1A1 and someone didn't distinguish the difference.
