Wow... how old was he when he worked on DC? He had to be like 12 or 13 right? DC was big like 3 years ago wasn't it?

Anyways, I am sure his family will miss him. Sorry for their loss.

Tragic news, DC Changed gaming, i loved it from the start, and i really stuck it out before getting bf2, what a loss this guy is to the world of gaming, and to his family, i never knew him, but our thoughts go out to his family and friends, they must be heart broken. we can only hope he was having a great time that day. what a terrible loss

Agreed, countless hours on DC, DC final, Enhanced dc, and DC extended. What a shame, 16. Way too young with not enough done.

Pretty remarkable. I can't even figure out how to use the BF2 mod editor and I'm 18.

I am a father of two, and every time a young man losses his life, I think of my two year old son. My prayers are going to his family, especially his parents. I cant imagine that kind of pain and loss.

It's sad to see such a young person die.
This is not a tragic loss only for the mod community, but for everyone who knew him.
                    Rest in Peace Thomas.

this is soo sad if he stayed alive and by the age of 30 he would have probably had a great career and would have made lots of great games for us and meybe hardware technology. Its sad to see such great talent go away and a boys life.
his name is the same as my and his age is the same as my. Now to thin about it i should do more about my life.

I wish there were words to offer the friends and family to make things better, but of course there aren't in situations like this. He will be indeed be remembered and appreciated by the tens of thousands of fans that enjoyed the fruits of his labor and talent.

To tell you the truth, I didn't know him, but he was one of us. I believe that everyone is one of God's soldiers, and that it was Thomas' time to go home. There are not many people who are known by millions of others, so even though he lived a short life, he lived a full life. Thomas is very special because God choose him to go to heaven before all of us. I've lost 3 family members in the last year and even that won't compare to the pain that his family is going through right now. But everyone has to remember, now he's with God.

                              Tragic loss

As a parent you wish you could wrap your kids in cotton wool. Deeply saddened when I read this.

Rest in peace Thomas and my condolances to your family.
