Income is one thing. Already having made enough money to pay for the development of the game, pay the staff a good salary, and then charging more for things they have given as a bonus in the past to supplement a game as a "thank you", is another, and what EA is doing. If anything, they should be allowing 1 of the expansion packs (booster is just a cover-up word) to be free content with a patch. If people want to fall for the rest of it, have at it, but compared to how they handled 1942, we've seen very little additional content as a thank you, and that's bad public relations, no wonder EA's total profits were down 30% last quarter.

You just contradicted yourself Jesse........ your saying they have made enough money to pay for development and to pay the staff and that stuff should be free and then you say the profits were down last year?? why do you think profits were down? labour costs more than anything. Dude unless you are the accountant for EA/DICE dont get involved in comments regarding how much they make or dont make. Dont buy what you dont want dude, its a free hemishpere!
Game developement costs millions of bucks!!!!! millions.......you will never understand , nor I what it takes to make a game the magnitude of BF2. So give em a little respect dude.
