No it's not ranked. And you can tell clearly by the way the people are behaving on the field when not caring about their overall statistics. I mean this in a very positive way.
However, global unlocks are enabled so you'll get to use the weapons which you have unlocked so far in BF2&SF.
Had loads of fun on this server last night. Will drop by later tonight
