I totally understand EA's need for $$$$. What I am talking about is having to compete with EA. Look at the new content, its the same as some of PoE's stuff. I know that many of you would say PoE is way better, but that’s not the point. The point is, for a mod to be popular it has to deliver something new and fresh to the community.
I specifically picked the Cold War era for my mod, Red Crucible, because no one seemed to even think about doing it, making me the only game in town. Now, if EA decided to release a Cold War add-on, I would prob go to another engine and drop BF2.
