Way to miss the point, dip****. The point is that just because 'you can do it too' doesn't make it right.
And the jump throw is an exploit, it they wanted that far of a range they would have given it to you.

And Terroser, please tell me that English is NOT you primary language, I'm going to have a aneurism trying to decode your posts.
Way to miss MY point that if it was put into the game... and it's not a bug... It's fair play. Suck it up.

Do you really need to make fun of 1 mistake in grammer? We're on the internet, people use anyway to make words smaller to make communicating quicker. You got what i ment didn't you?

...Did you even go read what an exploit is? Jump and nading is NOT an exploit! Exploiting is (at the least) taking advantage of a BUG in a game. Jumping and nading IS NOT a bug! If it was, they would have fixed it before release!

Did you even read my post on how jumping and nading would relate to real life? I know you didn't put anything saying that it should be but still... If you took a look at that then maybe you'd relize that it makes some sense.

Like I said, Jumping and nading is in just about every FPS game with gernades and you know what... It seems that the only people who complain about it are the people who "play" BF2... It's sad really...

Yes, everyone wants to be Rambo, a one man army that can handle any situation by themselves.

If there is a problem with anti-tank the way to fix it is not to have uber grenade C4 chuckers, fix the anti-tank.

And I have no problem with throwing nades on roofs, just not being able to throw them on every roof, regardless of its height. The devs could have chosen any distance for a nade throw, they settled on a distance, exploiting a flaw in the system that allows you to exceed that distance is an exploit.

It isn't an exploit. It's not a bug in the game, you aren't gaining an unfair advantage, and do I have to keep repeating myslef by saying all games use this because it does relate to real life. I posted this before but you must have skipped that post.

"In real life, if you throw something, moving your WHOLE body can help you gain a little bit of distance. Since, in the game, you can't really use your whole body, the "jump" is used. Almost every FPS has this (even the most realistic ones such as Americas Army). Either you haven't played any other FPS and your just trying to act smart... or... you just don't notice anything..."

You're prob getting mad at me  but I stand by my point.

You're to one who called me a moron, just because you're on the internet doesn't mean you should sound like one. If what you have to say is worth reading, it should be worth writing well, with some respect for the reader.

As for the 'if it was put into the game...' part, why are they taking it out, if it was meant to be there? The C4 chucking, nade super throws, if they aren't exploiting weakness in the system, why remove them? They're are NO LONGER in the game...suck it up.

Want to know why? Because people who get killed once or twice by these people get mad... Take a spaz on the forums and since everyone who loves the game as it is is playing it (which is the majority), EA/DICE will only see the spazes, so they think that these problems are cause problems with the game become popular. So they remove them.

              I. personally, never used these cheap tactics but I learnt how to kill these people instead of taking a spaze...

And seriously... What your problem with nade throwing? Like seriously man, your the first person I have heard someone complain about that? what? did someone throw a nade and kill you so you took a spaz?

You actually believe that the extra distance you get by jumping is meant to be there to simulate the 'whole body' motion? That is the most retarded thing I have ever heard.

They let you use the other mouse button to control the force of a throw, in case you want to just lob a nade a shorter distance. The main button is for a full throw, aka a MAX throw. That is how the simulate the 'real world'. Any thing else is just 'working the system'. Trying to exploit weakness in the game. Regardless of what other games on the market do.

OMG... you better not be going into programming....

You seriously have to try to understand things. Those ARE bugs. They got past the beta testers. The beta testers would have ran into the jump and nading and seen it as normal as... like i said prob for the 4th time but it still hasn't gotten through ur head! IT'S IN EVERY GAME! NO ONE CARES THAT YOU GAIN EXTRA DISTANCE! MOST PEOPLE SEE IT AS A GOOD THING! YOU PROB THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS THIS IS BAD! DO YOU UNDERSTAND!

                  learn the difference;

                  CTD = BUG/PERFORMANCE ISSUE
                  RED TAG = BUG
Jumping and Nading = a simple tactic that everyone uses

You must have fail physics if you consider my idea the "most retarded thing you heard"

Useing your body motion, you gain momentum which is then transfered to the object you are releaseing from your body. This energy could not be gained by simply standing and throwing. Yes, you could still throw far but you could gain an extra meter or 2 by useing your body. Since, in a game, you can't really simulate that, the jump could also be used.

Jump/Throwing nades is not a weakness! It gets no unfair advantage! see! you even have some up with something as stupid as "working the system". What really is it working? If you were smart, u'd use a term that made more sense... more like... taking advantage of the physics system.

Seriously... did a couple of nade throwers kill you?

Why call them cheap tactics then? What is cheap about them, if they are legitimate and meant to be there?

And I'm not spazzing, as you put it, I just see it for what it is. It isn't the worst exploit in the game, it's not even close. But I acknowledge it, the devs could have made the throw longer, so as to reach those spots without jumping, they set the distance, not me.

People alway are looking for a little extra edge, and yes everyone can do it, but it the devs wanted us to, they would increase the throw distance to make up for the no jumping part. But they are NOT. That is their decision, if they wanted that to happen they would make it so.

What I was refering to as "cheap tactics" was the noob tube. I use the jump nade in every game and all smart people do the same.

I'm going into programming... I'll tell you what I personally happened/happens with most FPS with this.

They make it and all. You can jump and shoot and they think that wont be a problem. They notice that you can throw a gernade extra distance by jumping. Since fixing it would cause more problems then just leaving it, they just leave it as they think it would have no problem.

                        6 months later....

bunny hopping becomes a problem. Now, most game companys would just make it so you can't "shoot" with guns only when jumping, but still able to throw gernades as in real life, you can do that with ease. For some reason, DICE is making it for every single item in the game, you can't jump and "use" it. I have no clue why they went this route as it seems to me as it would take just about the same amount of work.

Now, on Americas Army, they fixed bunny hopping by not allowing you to reload or shoot while jumping BUT still able to throw gernades. This game is made by the American Army so, they have some say on what goes on.

But then agian... I have no clue what they might do. Sorry for calling you a moron man but LOL I like to fight my point. It's true that they most likely didn't intend for that but it would cause issues trying to solve it properly, so, to me, it seems like they're trying a quick fix... saddly.

Or... We haven't seen the patch yet, for all I know they could have fixed it so that you can still jump/throw nades... who knows until it comes out.

That was my point, that is what I would call an 'exploit', meaning 'doing something that wasn't intended, because you can'. Not that it's a cheat, or a bug, just taking advantage of a systems weakness.

In on-line gaming a guess the work 'exploit' has a differant connotation.
