If they wanted you to throw nades on top of a high roof you wouldn't need an exploit in order to do it, would you? Go up onto the roof and shoot them. There are ladders, grappling hooks, zip lines, taller building, etc.
Also, C4 wasn't meant to be a 'super grenade', if a tank is around that's what the anti-tank class is for.

And the worst excuse I keep hearing is the lame, 'well, you can do it too'. Don't like bunny hopping, noob toobers, well you can do it too.

That's like saying wall hacks and aim bots aren't unfair, or wrong, because you can use them too. That is hardy a justification.

I'm not so noobish to use stupid tools to own some dummass people.
In bf1942 most of the people had skills and some brains
      in bf2 just 38% or 20%

Guy first learn what a exploit is (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exploit...line_gaming%29)

Second of a, throwing and nade and jumping is not a exploit dude *(&(*
      Never played bf1942,Vietnam?

Look, I just use now only 5 % of brains to come with a solution for c4.
Just code it so it will not detonate in the air, that isn't so hard
they are doing it with the m203 also.

Guy, I am good infrantry guy and I am not so stupid to let people come up on the roof

and there are no graplling hooks or whatever, it's bf2 vannille
 taller buildings  . I'm no freaking noob you know
I will be already on the tallest building.

You don't know the word balance do you.

      tank against anti-tank ....laugh....
It takes 10 minutes for people on public, that they most use anti-kits to stop me..
also mines will be useless because you aslo you can not throw it anymore for a tank with out blowing youself up.

and that would give a response in the ingame chat:Freaking kamikaze noob *(&(*)& or something.

As for the 'ladders' part, that's not exactly effective, is it now?

Try climbing onto the center roof in Karkand while having a squad camped up there and not being shot down like a sitting (read: climbing) duck.

As for the hook, it's only in SF -- which I don't play much, since I can use the weapons in vanilla anyway. The effect is the same as the ladder. In Warlord, try climbing a roof while having a decent sniper on the hotel roof -- I know what it's like because I've been on the correct end of the sniper scope, doing it to some poor assault guy.

Jumping to throw grenades has always been useful and far from an exploit. It gives you an extra range. As for C4, pah, try to show me how I can exactly take out a spawn-camping tank in Karkand that's 100 meters away from the center square just blasting at it, with an AT, when at the second hit the guy's retreating for repairs and is back in under ten seconds.

Find a clear path even if it takes a bit, sneak around and blow it up even if it means suicide -- your team will benefit from it.

AT isn't effective unless you're either in a squad with several ATs firing synchronously or somewhere solo with a buttload of cover, constant position changing and no groups (they just attract tank shells). Make no mistake, I have 75 hours of AT usage vs my Spec-Ops' 104 hours. Close enough to call myself a decent ATer and not a Spec-Ops fanboy.

It's really not that simple, grenades are an excellent way to kill campers on the highest roof tops (e.g. Mastuur) and how else can you get rid of claymores on top of ladders.

              Any word about widescreen support?

There are a lot of us out there with either widescreen notebooks or monitors, who would love to be able to play at native resolutions and aspect ratios. There are so many games out there that support widescreen, that it's surprising that BF2's graphic engine does not support it.

Wide screen will be available in a "booster". Called BF2:SYM. The SYM stands for "spend your money".

Your a moron. First of all, you don't need to know any hacking skills, or need a third party program to bunny hop so compareing those to hacking/botting is just stupid.

Secondly, throwing nades/C4/ANYTHING is not an exploit! It was ment for that! Almost all games on the market allow you to do that!

                          Re: 1.2 Patch Update

For 1, C4 was never meant to be used that way along with C4.
2, jumping up while throwing grenades was never meant to happen and it is instead a problem with the physics engine of the game since jumping up while throwing a grenade would never realistically give you an advantage throwing grenades and I am not solely tlaking about real life either.

ATs work fine too, but people just don't want to get into a squad or actually aim for the weak spots like the rear or bottom of the treds.

Remember now, this game was created more for teamwork and squads, so if you are alone you can't really bitch that much about some of these problems since you are just making yourself more vulnerable by being alone.

AT and Support classes were never meant to be squadless which is why they are more vulnerable then others and why you can't really complain about it.

easy fix make it so when your out of stamina you cant jump. Also when you in the air you can't go prone and drop the accuracy a bunch. That would solve bunny hoppers/dolpin divers. There is no reason you should not be able to throw or shoot in mid air. The range to arm fix on the m203 is great and more realistic anyone that has played AA will agree it works fine like that.

How would you know it wasn't intended? Did you create the game or something?

In real life, if you throw something, moving your WHOLE body can help you gain a little bit of distance. Since, in the game, you can't really use your whole body, the "jump" is used. Almost every FPS has this (even the most realistic ones such as Americas Army). Either you haven't played any other FPS and your just trying to act smart... or... you just don't notice anything...

Way to miss the point, dip****. The point is that just because 'you can do it too' doesn't make it right.
And the jump throw is an exploit, it they wanted that far of a range they would have given it to you.
