There has been an update posted today by the team behind the <a href="http://www.risingconflicts.com/" target="_blank">Rising Conflicts</a> mod. I thought this mod was dead since I never saw any updates from the authors.

A lot of the devs have been busy. Lot's of RL stuff going on, but work has been progressing.

They don't update often, but when they do it's almost always something good. This mod is one of the few on my list to download. I loved their work with DCX.
