ok so i did everything that was said to do to get this thing started and all it does is start BF2 ....i'm about out of patience,why isn't there a shortcut for this thing...someone forget to put it in there?

Look up a few posts, you'll see how to make one.


This mod needs a giant banked track map with a pit for repairs and ammo.

Although the instructions say that it will extract into the default mods directory, I had to point it there. Before that I just extracted them and then moved the surreal folder manually, but then the batch file for the levels wasn't there.
When I pointed it there on extraction I didn't have to run the batch file, the maps where already there. Got it working though.

yeah i got the game to start but it says i have no maps and they are there i just looked....someone needs to make this thing more user friendly if they want people to play it.

i'm no pc noob or expert and this setup is stupid...sorry no offense intended..but it seems to me if they want more people to play it they had better fix it!

Go into the mods folder and copy the maps from your BF2 levels and paste them in surreal levels. I think that should work.

How do I start??

This is confusing.

So far- I ran the first exe into my documents- BF2- mods folder.

then ran the maps .exe into the same folder.

what now? I cant start the game.

This mod is fun but needs some refining, a few more models, and some maps.

This I am sure they are doing so no worries there.


It Has alot of potential.

That's because it's not installed right. It did the same for me. Look up a few posts.
