There is a new update posted today over at the <a href="http://www.bfapocalypse.com/index.php" target="_blank">Battlefield Apocalypse</a> mod website. They have some great holiday treats for us in their update. Here's what they had to say:<blockquote> The holidays are always cause for a slow down here at the Apocalypse. Spending time with friends and family, gift giving, and goodwill toward all mankind are what this time of year is all about. So, with sticking with this season-of-giving theme, the developers at the Apocalypse have a few gifts of their own to give.<p>We have a Battlefield 2 Pre-Order Package Bomb for Billy - This is one of the Postman's favorite toys. Give them the gift that keeps on killing. Season's Bleedings from the good ole' U.S. Postal Service...But the bomb isn't complete without a nice cellphone detonator for Mom. Johnny will make good use of his A-Team Lunchbox Health Kit. I pity the fool who tries to steal his lunch. For Sally, we have a canister of Anthrax. Pretty soon, she won't be having any more bad hair days. Nothing says "I want to kill you, so just die already!" like giving your enemies an acute infectious disease caused by the spore-forming bacterium Bacillus anthracis. And finally, we're sure Dad will be pleased with a set of jackstands, complete with Whistling Trip Flares. Use it as a warning system as well as an extra set of hands when working on the car. Simply awesome. I give them a 10/10 for orginalty. Their weapons in previous media releases are just wacky as hell. :)
