  • Red Crucible Update

The Red Crucible mod team posted two nice player model renders on their site today.
Hello and welcome back to another Red Crucible Mod update! Today we have some renders of our new player models. These are the first of many 100% original, not just BF2 reskins, we plan to have in Red Crucible.

The BF2 people are kinda fat, but these models are cool. The Helmet on the 2nd one is odd loking though.

Yea, but its accurate (as accurate as I could make it). Its called the Ssh68 Helmet, NATO called it the "cone head" helmet. The more rounded American style helmets were used in WW2, although some could still be found until modern times.

I heard that no mod has figured out how to get their custom models into the game except BF2: Apocalypse

Nice work GI_JOEK, I look forward to your mod, you did some really awesome work for FH and I know you'll be working even harder at your own mod. Nice models, if you check his mod's webpage you'll see he's been crazy busy.

Looking forward to your first release. Best of luck.

they look a little skinny but still quite good renders, i'm sure they look better in-game
