IDF - Fight For Independence Mod Update

There is a new update posted today over at the <a href="http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~idf/idfmod/" target="_blank">IDF - Fight For Independence</a> mod website. They have released plenty of new ingame media for us to see. Here's what they had to say:<blockquote>During this week the site has went through some light updates, which include the link category, team members, and new categorys were added and will soon be active.<p>The update pictures are still, from the experimental map. During next week's update we will be presenting the new and extraordinary "China Farm" map, with plenty new and improved stats that Ido "BLUEFROG" and myself have created.<p>First of i would like to present the HAWK SAM site. Those skins are weak sauce. Where's the bulldozer model that lets the Israeli army run over little kids and peace activists??

I agree the skins do seem to glow a bit, other than that it looks great.

If you are so concerned about thouse little kids, why dont you move into Gaza or the West Bank and look after thouse poor and unfortunate children, im sure that they will welcome you, an American or European with open hands.

When will you people understand that this is JUST A VIDEO GAME!!!

Why dont i see posts like this when a WW2 mod posting it's update with some German war hardware, i mean, they were Nazis, is Israel worst then mister Adolf?

yeah have to agree with others here - i'd say the skins arn't too "bright" (as in hue and saturation) they are too "light"... i think the tyres on tht truck transport are the best example... perhaps it is the specular or whatever... whatever it is turn it down lol or darken your textures by like 40%
its making alot of the detail wash out in low contrast...

Why dont i see posts like this when a WW2 mod posting it's update with some German war hardware, i mean, they were Nazis, is Israel worst then mister Adolf?

I will twist your argument, what would happen if a WW2 mod is called "Germany uber alles"?. My only grip about this mod is its name, it's fine a mod about the Israel-arabs wars, what I don't like it's the biased name, palestinians are also fighting for their independence.

Yes i want to make it clear, the mod isn't about the Israeli-Palestine conflict.

The mod has israel fighting the MEC, not the Palestinians.
