Re: Project Reality PRMM v0.2 Released

I had a great time playing tonight! I started out getting very frustrated, with a horrible kill/death ratio.

I understand why a lot of people are turned off with this mod right away (It's hard to get a kill at first, then you get shot and have no idea from where). I was constantly using cover and still getting picked off. You have to work as a team. No lone wolfing. The only people that stay and give this mod a real chance, truly want BF2 to be as realistic as possible (as realistic as this EA game can be, lol).

After a couple hours I improved. Now I’m pretty comfortable with it and can do fairly well. Also, using the voice IP or being on TS/Vent is A MUST to really enjoy it!

    Great mini-mod guys!

We will continue to work hard on PR for the folks that love our stuff, and maybe one or two of those who don't will.

      Thanks everyone!

Man don't pay those comments any mind. People say stuff like 'worst mod ever' and hardly give any constructive criticism. 'Worst mod ever' usually means they played it for 2 minutes, they had unrealistic expectations (for a mini-mod no less) and they can only express their opinion in extremes (i.e. its the 'worst' or 'best' mod ever).

Look at all the people complaining about the lack of crosshairs. I swear people NEVER look at the readme and/or changelist because its clearly indicated there. Then they argue that you can "guess" where your gun's aiming when you shoot from the hip in real life. Well, if you can "guess" in real life, then you can certainly "guess" where the middle of your screen is without crosshairs.
