Battlefield Apocalypse Mod Update

The Battlefield Apocalypse mod website has been updated today with two new renders and a new modder's journal. Check out the renders below:
We also have two more weapon renders to show you today and now have nearly 1/3 of our 57 weapons in game, most of the rest are finished the modeling phase, and only a handfull left that still need to be started. The modelers should be finishing those last ones up pretty soon, and then we'll be moving on to new static objects, while the Design Department hashes out some more vehicle concepts. We're also still heavily engaged in porting over all our 350+ models from the BFV build of the mod. Those models were originally designed with BF2 polycounts in mind, so the only thing changing is how they are textured.

To read the full update, please click here.

The axe looks very good. But I'm not a fan of the pipe bomb texture. Wouldn't it be more of a PVC pipe thing instead of some 1/4" steel that just sorta tiles on the thing?
