Re: Film Documentary of Professional Gamers
yea interesting film (too see how over seriously some people take these "games"), but it kind of bugs me that they call it "american gamer" when most of the gamers in the trailer (and indeed most of the best gamers in the world) are european...
but hey, what the heck looked interesting, might torrent it some time?Comment

This looks to be great film. I'm glad to see that Hollywood & the media is taking our SPORT very serioulsy. I dont play BF2 to have fun I play to win I take my gaming VERY serioulsy. There are some of us that take this beyond the hobby realm. :shoot:Comment

Re: Film Documentary of Professional Gamers
It seems to be a real low budget flick which is fine as I'd be interested just to see a documentary on CPL's main game, CS. I agree that the name is rather misleading though. I belive CS is the only showcased game as other games just don't attract the same amount of sponsors, professional teams (i.e. have the capital to fly a full team half way around the world) and attention. I'll check definitely check it out though.
PS: Please don't turn this into some CS rant/flame thread.Comment

Re: Film Documentary of Professional Gamers
lol yea cos we all know where that would lead..bf2 is a noobs game at heart, cs takes some real skill to play..Originally posted by requiemPS: Please don't turn this into some CS rant/flame thread.
Originally posted by TroopaCS is much more "the better player wins" instead of BF2's "the cheapest, lamest exploiter who waited 3 rounds to get the best vehicle then grenade launched while simultaneously proning and bunny hopping wins"..Comment

Re: Film Documentary of Professional Gamers
Now thats a bit harsh - i dont support the guy calling you an idiot, but war isnt just about 1v1 with aK's. The vehicles and planes is part of the fun. I also dont like the bunnyhopping and dolphin diving, but i still enjoy the game. Why do you spend time reading in the bf2 forums if you hate the game so much? By the way
, I dont think those CS players are so much better then all the bf2 players anyway.Comment
