Mod sucks. No servers. Singleplayer CTD. forum is in french go figure. Ill wait for FH2.

It's a beta version so it is bound to have issues in the beginning..:)

I am sure any negative issues will be resolved in the near future. Just best to give constructive criticism in these cases.

Im wondering how a seperate mod can affect this mod....in Battlefield games mods are treated as if they are totally seperate games...I don't see how they could interfere with eachother.

Anyways I played a bit of singleplayer Gulf of Oman. Pretty decent but it went pretty slow for me. Real bad FPS. After a little while I got a CTD as well. I do have a few other mods installed though. Other than that, good work. (Oh by the way I love the choice of loading music....one of my favorite songs. )

Mod doesnt suck. I apologize for saying that. Im just tired from working 2 16 hour shifts. Anyway i installed this mod to bf2/mods and it made a tactical war folder there. Anyone have any idea why it ctd?

No idea. When does it CTD? When its loading? When its verifying client data? When the join game button appears? When you click join game?
It CTD'd for me but it was a good 10 minutes into the game..

Keep in mind guys it is just a beta, so don't criticize it too much. Just a great way to check out other weapons and vehicles in the game engine though and see what can be done. Great work to the TW team though for already releasing a fairly nice beta!

EDIT - Just added in two more screenshots from the mod for those who wanted to see a little more what it was like. :)

I tested out all of the stuff in a new "Local Server"...and recorded a demo, so I can watch it now in 3rd person....

The mod is pretty cool....but I have to say, that they should work on those models, the skins aren't that great...and some other stuff....but it's just a BETA, not even...it's more like ALPHA....so great work

btw, what was teh second new vehicle, I couldn't find it....I only found that dark blue AA truck

Ya, it is more like an alpha.

Yay they tweaked around some code and added really badly modeled/skinned and sighted guns in. Whenever I play as french soldier, FPS drops from about 45 to 20. No clue why. AT4 shoots a guided rocket? ...wtf? French solider skins are just one skin layer redone, and the helmets don't change, they are still American.

Guys I have alot of respect for the Tactical War team the amount of work and deication to release a mod in intense. I bet about 95% don't know anything about modding so you have no right to speak this is Art and if you want to actually be taken seriously and not as another 11 year old give a professional critique about their work .

Do not flame or bash em but rather give them tips on how to improve their work.

i've played it for a while now, its great, the bots are really smart, and are good shots now, a challenge, but the only problem i have is the guns are way too powerful ,like the bullpup is too powerful it basically 1 shot kill so my adivce to them is just make the guns a little less powerful and fix up the sights of the guns, other than that is a great mod, great work tactical mod team i can see when this mod is finished it will be great
