Its sooo fun!! dogfights rule. Really hard to kill anyoen though, hard to aim.

Pretty cool mod... couldn't find any servers though
And yeah, it would be cool if the pilots had pistols at least... or bricks as they had early in the war
It would be pretty cool to fly up beside an enemy plane and have a pistol shootout with the other pilot

CTD with no errors or warnings. I read the read me as well and was trying to conect from ingame browser and lauched from desktop icon.

same problem.

The planes are way too big!!! Also, there is no way to use the rudder while your on the ground.

If you like this stuff, go download codename eagle, the father of Battlefield. Maybe the graphics arent that good, but the game rocks... dont need a cheap mod for that.

You obviously didnt play it. Gamespy 3d honoured it with a place of one of the best 25 games ever made. Sure the sp mode sucks, and thats just what gayspot reviewed. Try the mp and you would have been suprised. Without codename eagle Battlefield wouldnt even exist....:laugh:

And sure its hard work, but that doesnt mean its holy .. if it sucks it sucks thats pretty simple!!

Well, your entitled to your opinion, buts its the minority opinion. BF1918 mod for BF42 was excellent, this mod release has a few issues but most people aren't saying its bad. Good work to the mod team !
