With the lower score and time requirements, looks like UBAR will be busy again.

i.e. Good Conduct Ribbon-IAR: 14 kills
IAR: No Team kills/damage/vehicle damage
250h Total time played
according to UBAR, yet grrr received his and only has 134 hours played.

rankin system changed? cool, but ppl will probably get bored once they got all the unlocks, they should add more.. to make it more interesting...

looks like even the requirements for the badges have changed. Grr's total time wit spec ops is 81 hrs. n he has veteran spec ops badge wich requires 250hrs

For any of you that didnt play Bf1942 - Wake Island was the most popular map for that game, just like strike at karkand is to bf2. I DEFFINATLY welcome this map to the arsenal and i cant wait to play it.


That SS of the downed Jap Zero on Wake Island has my mouth drooling. People keep saying this patch is gonna be released Monday? How do you guys know this? I havent seen any such date posted at EA?

There was a "leaked" set of patch notes from a few weeks ago that had Oct 3rd as a provisional release date. Nobody really knew if those notes were real or not, but most everything from them has been right on.

The rank requirment changes are already going into effect. I have 810 points, and it says I'm only 62% to Lance Corporal. It's coming soon.

Hard to believe Wake beat out El Al or 73 Easting. Just going to ramble on a bit here maybe a sujestion for the next update....

1. Different mods for the game like CTF & so on.
2. A Ping limiter would be nice.
To keep out some of thoes higher ( 200+ & 400+ ) pings
3. Two ( YES 2 ) new classes of warrior. ( In addition to the ones we already have ) Say one APG & the other Stinger (Shoulder Launched)
4. Morter's would be nice to have again. ( Like the one's in DC )

Just Some thoughts.

Oh & I can't weight for the 1.03 Good Job.
Maybe now squads/players will pay more attention to where arty is falling.
