Didn't see a changelog.

The speed for unregistered accounts is 1 Megabit (128KB/sec?). If you take the one minute to register that'll double (still free.) Maybe there's a problem at your end? :)

Yes it is, as I'm used to 5x that much :p

There is no changelog, now who releases a mod without a changelog? Blind leading the blind..

its not that hard to understand / no changelog really needed, it essentially, i am guessing btw, dont quote me, gets rid of deviation etc. and replaces it with larger recoils, making it more a "skill" game no reason to say ohh my bullets missed, single controlled shots would win you the game

The changelog would be big and as stated above its not necessary. Its not only the recoil and accuracy changed but also damage and some other small things for vehicles, stamina, etc.. I didnt want to put a changelog (see the FAQ on the forum at my website and the Readme) because people complain about x change without trying it.

Finally some mirrors are up on the website, http://www.bf2c.tk but I didnt see a problem on the filecloud site that TotalBF2 setup.
