Dunno if you are implying that shock waves are unrealistic, but large explosions are accompanied by visible shockwaves. Maybe not of that extent... but still.

Tanks don't even blow up when shot at with missiles..., not to mention explode like a bomb with a shockwave.

Ill be sticking to the PC anyway. More players, better graphics, mouse and keyboard, MODS, and more.

Wow, alot better than I was expecting. Nice graphics, good sound. The only thing that might become bothersome is that wave effect when things explode.

Someone mentioned gamepads beeing better when playing FPS games.... no no no no nooo

They work OK for semi-slow FPS's such as Halo, but nothing, is more effecient and easy on you than mouse and KB for FPS's.

I'm really amused at how many PC players of BF2 throwing fits at this game for a console... you don't have a console so why spout out "0MG this game st1nkor5 the big 111!!!!!1shift+1!! " ?

Afterall this is aimed at console players. If you have both, then lucky you, you'll probably want to stick to the much more large scale, PC version[no ****] (console version only supporting 24 vs. servers), but why all this aggro? :laugh:
No-one is expecting you to buy this, and I'm sure even Dice and EA are not expecting PC gamers to jump boat...
This is aimed for the guys that have a console and mostly only play games on that - and for those that have both... there are'nt many players I know of that would go buy any game twice (once on PC and once on consoles)... so here, have a chill pill.:evil:

For all doubting shockwaves, you can see one in action on this bunker buster bomb video.
Granted it's no where as impressive as the ones in the video, but how boring would that be if they were as minute as in real life... s'not like BF2 sticks that close to reality either.

The helis I like though since they remind me of DC helis and the physics seems the same way as well with flying. It looks cool to me though.

Well for one, that s a bunker buster, not a tank. (Tanks are not meant to be a huge bomb that blows up bunkers ) Tanks don't really blow up....maybe some of the rounds inside them but the shockwave would be very small if there was one at all, which I doubt.

Meh.. The sounds are crap accompanied by bad graphics and physics. The only coolt hing i saw where the shockwaves. Ownage.

Since you have played the game maybe you could answer a question.
Do the Attack Choppers have TV guided anti-tank missiles? In the video it looked like they only had unguided rockets. The game looks pretty good but I already have BF2 so ill stick with it.

In the Demo there is only un-guided rockets and a gatling gun on the Mi-24 Hind.Trust me it is not an awful game it is very good!,This is coming from a PC-Gamer that has played the BF-Series since bf42 demo came out and every thing in between.The game will be great and I can't wait.
