I'm glad they will do 140 fixes. I just hope it's out in August like they say.

Jesus Christ...almighty....the game isn't a month old and your already crying  Too little too late...the game is awesome already with a little bugs that it does have and Dice is working hard to fix it. Give'em a break, like you actually played a game without any bugs. Kudos to you Dice and EA for working too hard to give us the best BF2 experience available.Originally posted by ToadyToo little. As far as the points farming and crap teamkill system go.Comment

EA and DICE must've been listening very closely to the community.
These are all my top choice improvements. If they manage all of them, first time, then hats off to them

Ahhh... Doesnt it feel just like the good old days of bf1942 when we got patches like these?
You would have them marked in your callender and join the first game and get a good chat going with the other players to discuss the changes.
Good times, lets hope they continue.
As for the fanboy comment, well... if appreciating 140+ fixes/changes to the game makes me a fanboy then damn... i dont care.

Finally, someone who knows a good game when they see it....even with a little flaws that it does have...Originally posted by kamandorThe thing is, 99% of things were fine when the game was released.
Almost all of these tweaks are for people complaining. It's not as if the Spec Ops mode was broken, or the in-game browser broken (I agree it is **** though), but now after getting thousands of people's opinions on the game they are making tweaks that will make the most number of people happy. They can't nail it 100% in testing, all games are tweaked to a degree after they are released.
Good for Dice for making so many changes, I can't wait to see what they'll do.
Oh and as for the wait, come on guys, we waited an extra 4 months for release plus the 2 years of build-up. Give them a month to nail this patch, how about it?
I'm psyched.

if the squad leader invites someone it will notify that lone wolf that a leader wants him in his squadOriginally posted by pqlamzdoesnt it already do this?
if a squad is locked (no one can join without being invited) - then a lonewolf can't even ask to join the squad - he must yell "Hey invite me to your squad [DCF]squadleader!".
After this patch, if someone tries to join a locked squad the squad leader will get a message "[DCF]potential wants to join your squad - hit page up to accept".
Does that clear it up?Comment

Originally posted by SashDaManI like the idea, if you destroy th commander assets you get points. That puzzled me when I first did it, but wouldn't that just cause prooblems with the artillery always needing repairs and so on and so forth?
That's why people including you will stay and defend the commander's stuff.
