uhh no, its a Brotherhood of Nod soldier. Its a Command & Conquer mod for 2142.

If they have someone to skin that sweet player model, you would think that that guy could skin the gun...

At any rate it looks pretty neat. Hopefully whatever it is, it's from DICE, and it comes in the form of a 1.40 patch. They did have those north american statics in there. I want it for free like a mod or a patch. If it is a booster, i'm going to snap my 2142 disk in half and wait for CoD 4.
