Every year, a group of gamers get together for an epic marathon of Mario, Mario, and nothing but Mario. This "Mario Marathon" is entering its third year now and every year previous all proceeds from their marathon event have gone to help the Child's Play Charity. Right now, donations are already at $2,057 which places the team at earning the second star in Super Mario Galaxy 2.
For every goal met in donations, another level and another game are added to the mix, and obviously it's an extension of the gaming session that will already be in progress.
