While this has nothing to do with any first-person shooter or blockbuster game, this is for a good cause. A group of people have joined up on the Desert Bus for Hope charity drive. Desert Bus, a game that is widely regarded as the most boring game ever, takes players on a real-time, 8-hour long journey from Tucson, AZ to Las Vegas, NV.

The charity team has already picked up over $18,000 (USD) that will be donated to the Penny-Arcade charity, Child's Play.
The event is for a great cause. Every new donation goal that is reached is another hour the crew has to spend driving. They have special guests that pop in from time to time. In fact, Wil Wheaten (Star Trek and WWWWD fame) is slated to call in later this afternoon.
If you have a question for him or any of the other future guest callers, want to make a donation, or if you simply want to watch the events unfold live - head on over to the Desert Bus for Hope page right now.
