Due to a manufacturing issue with the game, one that saw no CD keys being included with copies that were already shipped, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky has been delayed.
The initial report came from Bluesnews with a confirmation later coming from Shacknews. The delay is only a matter of a "few days" for the North American release, which was originally slated for September 5. Some retailers do have a new speculative date of September 15 set, but an actual revision to the release date was never announced by GSC Game World.
The Steam version may or may not delayed as a result of this. Valve has yet to make a statement on the availability of the game on its originally intended release date. Europeans apparently won't have to worry about any delays, as retailers are still currently on track for their September 5 release date.
