Last Chance to Have Your TF2 Questions Answered

So far we've had quite the response from you readers with questions that you'd like to see answered. The deadline is tomorrow by noon (EST) to submit your remaining questions in. I'd like to get this sent off as soon as possible and get a new piece up for you all to read and enjoy.

So, if there wasn't any question asked previously that you would like to see answered, post it in this comments section. I'll be compiling a list of the best questions to send in to Valve!

What does the spy look like without his mask on?

    What is the pyro's ethnicity?

Is valve willing to admit that the spy and pyro have some seriously crippling issues? (Iffy backstab registration, facestabs, long animation, and bad hit detection/damage consistency for pyro.) If so, are there any plans for fixes?

Why is Valve now completely ignoring the persistent performance problems that TF2 has? The Nov 21st thread now contains well, well over 1000 posts of people confirming the same issues. Valve people used to be keeping us up to date in that thread on this issue, but they've been silent for some time now, and no real performance fixes have made it down the pipe as of yet. Quite annoying and frustrating.

Y'know, the Sniper's SMG can't do anything, it's so weak. It could only serve as a backscratcher for a Heavy! Do you think you could improve it's damage a little, so Snipers can actually defend themselves at short range?

My personal sampling of past questions that I liked, not based on merit so much as just my personal interest in them:

Thortok2000: How come when I do a random disguise as a spy, it never selects spy or scout?

anmarmansur: Would you consider introducing 1 new weapon/perk for say 3 classes instead of all 3 weapons/perks for 1 class, to prevent the one-class rush?

SlApNuTs: We now have "escort" type gameplay, we will ever see the beloved "Hunted" come to TF2?

quadir: What's the next class receiving the 'Meet the X' video treatment?

And now, the grand finale... my very own question! Here goes:

Are we going to see any sort of massive-scale environment movement in a future TF2 map? This could be anything from loads of flatbed trucks to assembly-line belts to trains and cranes to catapults or anything else that may come to mind. I'm not making an argument for it or against it, just curious if increasingly (and constantly) dynamic maps were in the works.

Yup, 126 pages now, almost 1900 posts, heh. Valve needs to get their head out of their butt and fix the performance problems before they do anything. Every single person that programs should be pouring over the code looking for problems related to performance and working on how to fix them until it is fixed. No new updates, no new maps, no new features, no new anything, until this is fixed. Taking this long to fix something THAT USED TO WORK is ridiculous and inexcusable. It's not like the game always performed poorly. It used to run great on the vast majority of machines out there. Now the opposite is true. And it is a direct result of code changes they made. Yes, they claim that the shader changes were necessary to fix a popular crash. So what? Find another way to fix the problem! The performance now is a joke and is causing lots of people to feel very angry and upset, not to mention RIPPED OFF.

lets look at it in a business perspective. you have 100,000 users playing TF2. 1,000 people are having an issue since this particular 'update'... how much resources do you put in to fix a problem that is only affecting 1% of your business? (if my percentage is off its because i suck at math)

Most customers never say anything, good or bad. If you have 1,000 people complaining, you have a very big problem.
