The annual QuakeCon event is set to return this Summer with QuakeCon 2008! This free event, sponsored by iD Software, is held every year in Dallas, Texas and invites the public to participate in the four day affair.
Highlights of this year's event include the return the largest North American BYOC LAN party, the appearance of over 60 companies showcasing their latest hardware and software, and a number of cash prize tournaments being held over the course of the four days.
Registrations for the BYOC area will begin at 9PM on April 30th. The Hilton Anatole is already accepting reservations, with special prices for early registrations.
