For those that may not have seen it (myself included) there's a rather interesting video out there of Quake 3 running on an iPod Touch, complete with motion sensitive controls. You can actually find that video a bit further down in this news piece. However, the team behind the project have just unveiled their new iPod Touch title, Space Trader.
The team is also reportedly working on a casual RPG title for the iPhone. This title will feature support for multiple human players in an MMORPG type environment. Both titles are based on a heavily modified Quake 3 engine. The company, HermitWorks, was created by two former staff members of BioWare.[break="quake 3 iPhone touch footage"]
