Cheap Assault Heroes and Doom on XBL

Assault Heroes and Doom are headed for the Xbox Live Arcade Hits, which is a program where live arcade games that have been released at a permanently cut down price, according to Eurogamer.

The two titles will be snipped to 400 Points as part of an Arcade Hits program, which will permanently offer past releases at cut-down price points.

There was also a list of upcoming releases to XBLA included in the news post there, so go ahead and take a look at that if you're interested. This isn't a bad deal for the original Doom, if playing it on your Xbox 360 is your cup of tea. I'll stick to my computer!

Doom is actually way better on console than on PC. It was worth the 800 points or so that it cost when it was first put on XBL, it'll definitely be worth the 400 it is now.

Though the PS1 version of Doom > the 360 one... Just IMO.
