Having trouble getting your Steam titles to play properly? Need to retrieve a lost or stolen account? Well, you should know better than to give your password away to anyone, but if you do actually need to recover it you'll be happy to know that a new system is in place for the Steam Support website. The new system promises to offer a quicker response time, and a better quality of service.
Note: If the support system is not, in fact, faster than the old system, make sure and "thank" Valve's BurtonJ for pushing me to post this news!
If you are one of a small number of customers who currently have a case open in the old system, you will have to create a new case by going here and creating a new Steam support account.Go on, get yourself the support you need.
Once you have created the new account, you can resubmit your ticket by clicking the 'Ask a Question' button, located at the bottom of any Steam support page. Please include your previous support case number if you have it and the last reply to you sent to our technicians.
