Rumor - New TF2 Map... Today?

Update: Valve's Robin Walker has added that the fears the community has had about the bases being impenetrable fortresses can be put to ease. There are now additional routes between the levels of a base, and the spawn rooms have been modified.

Additionally, Badlands still have a number of unfinished art assets and will not be publicly viewable for some time to come.

Original news post: There may very well be a new map headed to Team Fortress 2, and what's more, that map may be coming out later today! That is, if there's any validity behind this news from PC Gamer. Yes, the new map isn't really all that new at all, but a capture the flag intelligence version of the current Well map.
The area near what was once the second-to-last control points have been rennovated to give another set of stairs to the upper floors of each team's home building, but other than that the structure of the map is largely unchanged. It's better suited to large numbers of players, since the action tends to be more spread out on CTF maps.
There's no set date for this map to be released, but it does look like it's coming. Be on the lookout for ctf_well to go public later today, or maybe tomorrow, or maybe even next week... or beyond. We really don't know.

        I don't see why they'd remove a map.
