If you haven't spotted it by now, then I shall just point you in the direction of the lower left corner where a placeholder stands for GTA: Vice City. Whether or not this is a done deal remains to be seen. As the GTA titles have started to appear on Direct 2 Drive already, is a Steam release that far behind? We shall see.
