Duke Nukem Forever Teaser Trailer Tomorrow

Yeah yeah, this isn't CS or Valve related, but stick with me here. A teaser trailer for Duke Nukem Forever is coming out tomorrow! This news can be read straight from the horse's mouth itself, George Broussard (producer at 3D Realms and co-creator of Duke Nukem).

Last Saturday we had our annual company Christmas party. It was a lot of fun as usual but it featured one special surprise. It turns out that several people had been secretly working late nights and into the wee hours of the morning preparing a special video for those at the party. They created a short teaser for Duke Nukem Forever.



After seeing the teaser we thought it was something we should share with all of you and while it's just a teaser, rest assured more is coming.



Tomorrow, Wednesday the 19th, around noon CST, we will release the first teaser trailer from Duke Nukem Forever. To tide you over until then, here is a screen shot taken from the teaser.

Team Fortress 2 in 2007, Duke Nukem Forever in... 2008? Maybe! Keep in mind there hasn't been any sort of trailer released for DNF since 2001 and before that, 1998.

lol yeah. I'm looking forward to this game, loved all the old ones. Sad thing is I still have the orginal on my Windows 3.11 System, GO MEEE!

No... the sad thing is the guy they modeled Duke Nukem after owns a gym in my home town. (in California). It's one of those small gyms that are a hole in the wall of an industrial complex. Oh and yeah, he advertises "Hey you want to get Pumped by Duke Nuken!!!?" ... ahhh no!

Wow, I though some of the levels in portal where a mind trip... but reading this... But I think we all know that a trailer does not a released game make...



Though if they do release one day it will shatter one of the constants of teh intrawebs

That comment happened in the 3d Realms forums many times. BTW, the 3d realms forums are going crazy. Probably still as I type this. They have tons more traffic then they have seen in a while.

Having a small trailer out doesn't mean it's anywhere near being released. I'm still willing to bet this game won't come out in the lifetime of it's developers.

I'm almost surprised (ok, not really) that a news post about DNF generates more comments than just about anything else posted on here recently.
