Valve Gets Ambitious for Episode 3

Though most of you already know the reason for the lack of an Episode 3 teaser trailer, CVG went ahead and asked Valve's David Speyrer just what the deal was. Here is what he had to say.
Explaining that one of the reasons for the lack of a trailer was to avoid diluting the ending of the second episode, Speyrer added that another reason "was to leave us open on Episode Three" in an interview on Rock, Paper, Shotgun.

"We're going to try and do something pretty ambitious for that project", he continued on Episode Three. "We don't want to over commit."
    There you have it, again.

This is a good idea, build up suspence and anticipation.

Didn't they say they'd be working like this.. Team1 on ep1, same time as that, team2 on ep2- then when ep1 is out team1 does ep3 until ep2 is out then everyone is on ep3. They said they'd do that for faster output of gamez... I'm almost sure that they scrapped that idea just like they did with the teaser at the end of ep1.

They also said that Steam would give us cheaper games, and look how that turned out.
