article: hl2: episode 2 preview

The final Episode 2 preview before it all goes down tomorrow, is ready for your viewing pleasure. This three page preview tries to remain spoiler-free, with the noted exception of the "Story" section located near the beginning, as I refer back to prior events before Episode 2.

Guns are one way to dispatch of a Hunter, but you will want to make use of everything at your disposal to impede their advance. Everything from tires, to crates, to the vehicle you're driving can and should be used against them. Honestly, outside of boss battles, you may not come across too many battles more exhilarating than when you're faced off against three Hunters out in the wild.

I do hope you've enjoyed CS-Nation's previews for Portal and now for Episode 2. We will have a final review of the Orange Box coming later on the 10th. Looking beyond that, I will have a write-up of my hands-on time with Left 4 Dead.

I finished Half Life 1, Half Life 2 (3 times), Episode 1 (3times), and I just finished Episode 2 ...Episode 2 is great, awesome surroundings, perfect game play ...Only one complaint ...u guys delayed the release of Ep.2 with almost 6 months ... to give us a game that i finished in 2 days ??????????? ( I didn't play too much ..it can be done in one day easily). Too short, that's my only pain ... superb, but veeeery short...I'm a little disappointed!
