Atari To Bring Armed Assault to Steam?

Thanks to a huge show of support in an Atari Forums thread, Armed Assault is inching its way to seeing a Steam release. A posting by an Atari staffer sheds a little light on the matter.

It also might not be the only Atari game making its way to Steam soon.

There you have it. Armed Assault should be coming to Steam in the near future along with other Atari titles. Stay tuned.



Update: It seems as though that topic, created by an Atari staff member, has been removed. All links above do not work at present. However, I'm keeping them in place just in case the action was done in error.



The quote will remain as it was presented in the topic. As of this moment, it seems more unclear as to whether or not Armed Assault will find its way to a Steam client near you. However for now, this news has been bumped back down into "rumor" status.
