    Bioshock Coming to Steam

The headline really should have been enough of an opening, but in case you missed it, here it is again. Bioshock is coming to Steam!
Valve today announced that BioShock, the highly-anticipated and award-winning first-person shooter by 2K Games is available for pre-purchase now via Steam. Starting today, gamers can pre-order BioShock on Steam (www.steamgames.com) for $49.95, and begin playing the moment the game is made available.
The game will be released on the 21st for the U.S., and the 24th for Europe. The Steam page for Bioshock can be found right here with the options to pre-load (~5.5GB) and pre-order the game.

Shit, I wish my computer could run the game. Oh well, maybe I'll get a 360 sometime in the future.

Yeah, I barely meet the minimum system reqs, lol. Looks to be an interesting game, but I'm not a fan of playing slideshows, so we'll see on this one...

I rarely have a computer that can play better than slideshows.

I get the game, then spend the better part of the next few years upgrading it enough to have good fps at it.

I've finally got 50+ fps at CS 1.6, but I don't play it anymore cuz of ads. =/
